You can now collect for free from our store.

Simply select store pick up in the shipping section at the checkout to avail of this service, free of charge.

Once your shoes are ready for collection in-store, you’ll be notified by email. If you’re unable to collect your order personally you can nominate someone to collect it for you.

To collect an order either yourself or your nominated party must present the following to a staff member:

Printed or electronic version of your 'Order Confirmation' with order number.

If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt.

We will be happy to offer you a refund, Provided that the products are returned complete, in Perfect Condition, Unused, and with the original packaging.
